Surabhi led a team of top clinical and AI experts to launch Soulside in January 2023. Soulside is an AI-led online mental health platform that enables clinical professionals to deliver live and text-based group support for high-risk adults, starting with mental health support for pregnancy and postpartum.
Through this technology first model, members are able to find focused support led by clinical professionals and peers within 24 hours of signup, compared to an average of 8-10 weeks. The company has proven industry leading clinical outcomes as well as outstanding engagement and retention metrics. With these breakthrough metrics, Soulside is already available nationwide.
Surabhi led the business to raise funding from leading technology and healthcare VC funds based in the Silicon Valley and New York. Soulside was also selected for One Mind, the #1 mental health innovation accelerator in the US, including additional $100K investment after a rigorous selection process.
Soulside was selected by the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) Rosenman Institute as a ‘2024 Healthtech Innovator’ for ‘Revolutionizing Patient Care and Medical Technology’. Surabhi received a $100K grant as part of the SPARK Program by VC fund Peak XV.
